Program Highlights

The Academy of Aerospace and Engineering has developed meaningful partnership arrangements with many of the region’s STEM industries. These relationships support programs for our students that include:

  • Classroom instruction by professional engineers, information technology specialists, doctors, actuaries, manufacturing managers, and college professors.
  • A student mentoring program with local engineering and medical companies.
  • Career Symposiums with leadership speakers from STEM companies.
  • Summer Job internship programs with both large and small local technical companies.
  • Funded independent research programs and team subsidies for Robotics and Biotechnology.

AAE has a formal partnership arrangement with important aerospace, engineering, and medical company executive management, including collaboration on an Industry Advisory Board.
